Hi All,
We have another mentor that has joined our team! This mentorship will be a bit different, Robin Griggs Wood will be taking on a handful of people for a special ART Program for photographers. This is NOT a "Paintography" class , but a mentorship designed to help you hone your artistic sensibilities and apply them to your photography work. As a bonus, Patricia Davidson has kindly offered to co-mentor this class to help out with any technical-related or basic photography questions.
Five photographers will be selected for an eight week on-line apprenticeship program which will include lessons, assignments, and informal discussions. Mainly, the goal is for everyone to have fun, collaborate, and learn from each other.
Selections will begin the last week of January for the mentorship beginning in February.
Selection criteria will include:
• You should be taking and posting photographs regularly -- an absolute minimum of three days between PUBLIC posts here on G+; more increases your chances of being selected. (The class itself will be private to the group selected except for the option of a public display album of your best work at the end.)
• You should be interactive here at G+, as you will be expected to participate in this program giving feedback and comments to others.
• You have no previous art studies, as this program is designed for those who have not had the opportunity to add this skill set to their knowledge base.
