"This program has been such an eye opener and rewarding because of the way it has been designed, to include and involve every one of the Mentees in a learning environment which is just so positive and healthy, with constant and very friendly guidance from the Mentors" ~ Nimi Rajesh
We've worked hard to make sure it is the best experience a budding photographer could hope for. Thank you for your post, Nimi, and for sharing your wonderful work here!

For anyone who has read this far, consider mentoring someone else here (or more) ... some people don't even know where to start with their cameras and you could be the change they need in their lives. Even the smallest bit of knowledge can be passed on and you can create your mentorship in many different ways. Imagine the feeling of taking someone to their next level, paying forward the knowledge you've received and watching someone blossom with enthusiasm and accomplishment!

Would love to share with you all that I have successfully completed the Camera Basics: Beyond Automatic Mentorship program participating in the Auditing group.
In the last six weeks have learnt so much regarding the basic technical aspects concerning how the camera works, how to change the settings to our benefit and study the manual with respect to all these and confidently make images in Manual exposure, to use RAW format and use Lightroom for processing! It will take time and practise to really assimilate all these and use for making better images, so a great journey has begun.
This program has been such an eye opener and rewarding because of the way it has been designed, to include and involve every one of the Mentees in a learning environment which is just so positive and healthy, with constant and very friendly guidance from the Mentors, lots of gratitude for sharing your time, expertise, experiences and knowledge with so much zeal and leading the way.
The learning process is made so fun and engrossing due to the presence of awesome Mentees who have so effortlessly encouraged, supported each other week by week with lots of discussions and queries and I would like to say again that the whole six weeks has been special because of the presence of you people who are great photographers with unique styles and are inspiring.
And we have so very friendly cheerleaders to give the necessary boost whenever things got intense and their presence is of much importance all the time!
A huge thanks to Robin Griggs Wood and G+ Mentorship Program for Photographers for selecting and including me in the team and giving a wonderful opportunity to learn and share the awesomeness of Photography!!
Here is the album I made for the Graduation… It holds the images which are made possible due to the learning and inspiration from the Mentorship and photographers in G+ am following.
Thank you!
