For anyone who has read this far, consider mentoring someone else here (or more) ... some people don't even know where to start with their cameras and you could be the change they need in their lives. Even the smallest bit of knowledge can be passed on and you can create your mentorship in many different ways. Imagine the feeling of taking someone to their next level, paying forward the knowledge you've received and watching someone blossom with enthusiasm and accomplishment!

What a journey the last eight weeks have been on the Blurs and Unsharp Photograpy mentorship ran by Alex Lapidus with the help of G+ Mentorship Program for Photographers with Ron Clifford and Robin Griggs Wood 

Its hard to put into words. I was thrilled to be selected and a little worried that i wouldn't be able to manage it all as i felt like a true beginner having only got my DSLR in January of this year and i didn't have any post processing experience at all. However with the help and guidance of the the moderators and the rest of the group i'm now happily if a little shakily able to do double exposures in GIMP and i'm more than happy to layer using the same software, which believe me at first was not easy and had me in tears and a near computer smashing rage, thank the lord for Jetski Jones and Heiko Mahr and their ultimate patience on that front. I have learned so many different techniques along the way and all manner of useful information in the general chat, yep the polarising filter swivels for a reason and its not just that i got a dodgy one! 

I has been fabulous to see all the other folks amazing work and has just been awe inspiring! I feel blessed and so privileged to have been a part of this, i have learned a phenomenal amount in the short time and feel like i'm standing at the start of the road with a new horizon stretching broad in front of me, the possibilities seem endless.

I'm sad that it's all over so quickly and will miss you guys who have been on this awesome journey with me, it's been a pleasure to work and play along side you all. Once again THANK YOU Alex Lapidus for all the time you have spent making this such a wonderful program, learning and fun all rolled into one, your a legend!
