I was lucky to participate in another wonderful G+ Mentorship Program for Photographers "Finding your Vision in street photography" run by teresa pilcher and supported by a lot of wonderful people here on G+.
Time flies. It might be a sign I am getting older, or that I was having a good time, or maybe both. I wish this mentorship had twice as much time, 8 weeks sound long, but it feels like we just started.
During this course we learned about art and photography. We were encouraged to try out new techniques and develop new ideas. I have been taking photos for quite a while now, and I have tried out a lot of stuff in photography. However, there are always new things and after a while the routine got me and I found it hard to make any progress. Been there, done that. and Yet another shot in the same pattern. This mentorship made me try out new things and try techniques in a different context. I was really surprized that I enjoyed the lesson about blur and unsharp street photography so much :)
If you are into photography I strongly recommend following G+ Mentorship Program for Photographers and look out for future mentorships, they are fun, they are demanding (but never too much!), they are free of charge and always effective! Plus you get to meet a lot of super-nice people ;)
