Finding Your Vision - Final Plus Post #pluspost #FYV2017 #graduationalbum

We have just completed an 8 week +G+ Mentorship Program for Photographers called Finding Your Vision-Street Photography - with our tireless, uber talented and knowledgeable leader +teresa pilcher and our amazing moderators +Alex Lapidus +Robin Griggs Wood +Karolina Trapp and +Rich Barbara. Thank you all so much for shairng your knowledge, time and commitment with us all during this mentorship.

I used to go to the streets with my camera and not really know how to shoot with impact. I learned so much on this mentorship to help guide me into making much more interesting, impactful and story telling images. Tips such as setting your stage, adding emphasis, finding unique perspectives, panning, blurring, adding balance and tension and adding complexities have helped me to see the streets differently and have raised my street images up a notch or two.

I've always been shy about pointing my camera at strangers on the street - and this mentorship has helped me both to be less shy and to find ways to still take street shots without being too obvious.

I thoroughly enjoyed this mentorship and highly recommend it.
Thanks to all my fellow mentees for your awesome comments and inspirational images. I've learned from each one of you.
